Our goal is to set you up for lifelong sobriety. Our consultants will be with you from the beginning to the end. Our goal is for you to get the life you deserve and more. We will offer you the resources you need to build your recovery your way. First, it will begin with stabilization through personal recommendations such as detox, residential or outpatient programs. Following medical clearance, we will assist in building your personalized game plan for success. In the first year, we will be in contact with you every day via phone calls, messaging through a secure app, and meeting (in-person or virtual) meetings. We will provide support and hold you accountable during this period of transition. We have experience with and knowledge of addiction and recovery. We found that everyone has their recovery; something that works for one person might not work for another. We will build a Personalized Game Plan catered to you and your interests. We will provide a morning check-in and an evening review to track your progress daily. We have an abundance of lifestyle allies for self-care activities, such as nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, service work, etc. Additionally, we provide assignments that focus on addiction education. We understand there are activities that you can’t imagine participating in without your substance of choice. You are not alone. We will participate in said activities to help you create a paradigm shift. We will help you see that you can participate in and enjoy any activity in sobriety. Sobriety is not easy and nearly impossible to accomplish on your own. With the right support systems in place, your desire to pick up a drink, or a drug will leave you. Your life will no longer be dictated by the bottle or other substances. It is an accomplishment to reach a sobriety milestone, and we do not take them lightly. Sobriety milestones are celebrated through an approved outing of your choosing. In the second year and onward, the number of check-ins and meetings will lessen. We will continually support you throughout your sobriety, however, it will become your responsibility to utilize the tools we have provided for your everyday life. We encourage you to strive to be better today than you were the day before. The only way you can cruise is downhill. Typically, in your third year of sobriety, you have established a solid day-to-day plan and support network. It is important not to stray away from the things that helped you get to where you are. We provide accountability and support as you continue to enjoy the life sobriety has given you. We provide a Weekend Check-in and Review on Monday and Friday, and we will continue to stay in contact through weekly phone calls, and one meeting or self-care activity per week.
